I went to Destin for some fun in the sun and a different beach view. What did I see? A whale. Yes, a whale. It was small - for a whale, anyway. I'd guess about 15 feet long . It was cruising along in the water about 5 feet away from shore. What a beautiful and graceful creature.Why is there a cartoon picture and not a real one? Oh, that'd be because my camera was back at my chair not 1/2 mile down the beach with me. I won't leave without it again.
